Yet another brutal death has been witnessed at the university town of Nsukka in Enugu State as a tipper driver who allegedly impregnated a widow and her daughter was reportedly been burnt to death by son of the widow, Sunday Ugwoke.
The tipper driver, Sylvester Ezema, attached to Ferguson Nig. Limited hailed from Akpa Edem, Nsukka Local Government Area, Enugu State and shared a common fence boundary with his widowed lover, Mrs. Ugwoke.
According to reports, he had been having amorous dealings with the woman’s daughter too unknown to the widow before he died a few days ago.
The widow’s son, Sunday Ugwoke is said to have warned him to leave his mother alone and stop making love to her in late father’s bedroom which is next to his room.
The deceased is reported to have however refused to heed to the young man’s warning. Instead, Sylvester said the widow was a family friend and as such no one would be quick to suspect them.
Sunday took it upon himself to ‘make things right’. He armed himself with grind pepper and petrol ready to ambush his mother’s lover.
No sooner had Sylvester stepped out of the house than Sunday poured the grind pepper and petrol on him and set him ablaze.
The widow’s lover did not survive the incident.
